Welcome, wizard rockers and friends, to Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Jam! We gather here to make and share creative projects with a different prompt every month. Before we get to the theme for March, let’s see what we’ve concocted last month.
February’s prompt was potions.
The Bookish Hufflepuff brewed up a collage, about which she says:
This month I’m focusing on the Neon Gardens Harry Potter popup in Chicago. They had a great potions display, as well as exciting elixirs (shots and drinks). I enjoyed the Butterbeer (top left) and the purple berry Sirius Smash (not pictured). I couldn’t swing it for this year, but next year if they do the popup again, my goal is to get them to include a wrock concert in the lineup.
The Galleon Guy made a wrock-themed birthday gift for The Bookish Hufflepuff: a water bottle with lyrics to a Hawthorn & Holly song, perfect for filling with an aguamenti spell. or perhaps holding a bit of liquid luck.
This month, I’m excited to say that I’m working with Hostwitch Bess of WZRD Radio Podcast to bring forward the joy in wizard rock. I hope some of these next few themes give you inspiration, starting with the theme for March: community.
Any and all media are welcome at the Every Flavour Jam, and nothing needs to be perfect, nor even complete. We’re here to create for the fun of it. I hope you’ll share something you make!
