Hi! My name is Autumn, and I’m a wizard rock fan and music student.

I am conducting this survey to fill the requirements of my final project in my Music in Health class. This semester, we have studied the impact of music and community on health, so when it came to choose a final project, my brain went right to my favorite magical musical community. The goal of the survey is to explore in what ways/to what extent participation in wizard rock and the wrock community can effect one’s mental health and well-being.

Being a college student, of course I procrastinated a little bit on this project, but the survey will remain open until April 28th, leaving me enough time to compile the results before it’s due. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your participation means a lot to me! Thank you.
