Here’s a clip of The Blibbering Humdingers playing “Romilda”, which was recorded at a recent con they performed at!

The YouTube uploader’s description of the video makes it seem like they were staying at some random hotel, wandered into the bar, and found Kirsten and Scott playing this “wizard rock” thing. Hey, if that WAS the case, that’s a pretty great way to be introduced to wrock, don’t you think?

I discovered wrock in 2006 and fell in love with it completely in 2007. After fronting a band that played too loud & sang too out of tune but got to perform at Wrockstock anyways, I traded in the guitar and drums for a keyboard to help with the ‘pedia. You may still hear (or see) me bashing away on the drums for other wrock bands.

    HaHa! Wow. That was just this past Monday night! How timely! 🙂 We’d been hired to play for the SIGDOC 2013 technical writing conference at the City Hotel & Bistro in Greenville, NC. The show was in the bar and open to anybody. I suppose nobody expects the Blibbering Humdingers… 🙂
