Jon of Sue and the Hufflepuffs is alive! In recent blogs (one very long and another pretty short one) Jon released some current news.

First we have the good: Jon is going to attend and play at the OC/Cali WizardRock Fest. He plans to perform and also have a small amount of merchandise available. Also in good news, Jon mentions the possibility of an upcoming album, and reveals that there will be a new song for the “Summer Compilation.” Finally for the Good, Jon is looking for shows while he is in California. He mentions that he can travel a bit from where he is and would love to perform more. For more information on this, please visit this blog.

Next we have the Bad: Since Jon is going to be in Hawaii for the movie and book release, he states that the chances for a summer Book 7 release show are “pretty slim”.

Last of all, the Fugly: Jon has finally heard back about performing at the Prophecy 2007: From Hero to Legend conference during the unplugged performances, but (alas) he cannot make it to the convention, and says that he is OK knowing the fact that he would have been able to play.
